I found the group informative, stressful, helpful, eye-opening, supportive.
I found the grounding skills + communication helpful.
I didn't find beliefs helpful – as I had already learnt this
I would like a talking object for people to hold, and more team building exercises
The group been 10/10 in addressing and understanding my difficulties
The facilitators were lovely! Helpful and patient, down to earth people!
