"The Dr that I saw today "

I saw a lovely Dr today for myself and last week for my daughter and she is lovely. She is a breath of fresh air to the surgery that, in my opinion, has gone downhill rapidly for quite some time now. They need more like her. She cares about what you say and listens intently and does not fob you off. She seems knowledgeable and if she didn’t know or was unsure on something she went and asked another doctor. Nothing felt too big for her today and I actually felt like a patient and that my Dr had genuine concern for my health (and my daughters previously) - I cannot say that for the rest of the practice as my previous experiences apart from my most recent two with this Dr have been appalling (drs and reception staff are quite frankly a joke and haven’t been giving their best for a while). Most time you’re left talking to Drs who don’t care and are quite rude.

Goodcare practice needs more workers like this Dr who genuinely seem passionate about their job and are patient led. Thank you. I hope this gets back to you as the NHS needs tons more of you for our GP surgeries to improve.
