I felt distracted when I was in the intuitive recovery group as I was getting messaged by someone from the outside saying they could get me drink from the shop. Maybe we should ban the use of phones in groups.

I agree that phones should not be switched on while group is in progress and should have been part of the group boundaries.
I will ensure that this is fed back to the Intuitive Recovery Group facilitator.
