"unsigned fit-note"

About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

the trreatment and assessment has been adequate, however the fit note i received was not signed nor did it show the occupation of the practitioner. Because of this i have not received benefits claimed for, hence i have no money to attend my appointment on the 24/04 /24 at tunbridge wells hospital. I spoke on the phone to a receptionist at the orthopaedic department yesterday whom on my behalf said they'd chase up the Doctor to sign a fit note that he had issued to me so i can send it to the relevant department/s.

this is a schoolboy era and has left me without money to travel ,pay phone bill etc.

ps. i would have prefered to call to get immediate clarification but i have no credit to do so.
