"Made me feel relaxed during this anxious time"

My story is about my recent admission to Day Surgery.  I was required to have further investigation following a test.  My experience from arranging my appointment to the actual procedure was second to none.  Patient Access team were so polite and very helpful, the nursing team within the Day Surgery unit were excellent, from my initial phone consultation to the day of the procedure all information was relayed and my questions fully answered.   The staff were lovely and looked after me very well and made me feel relaxed during this anxious time.  Excellent team.
