"The bus in Carrick 2"

About: Holywell Hospital / Carrick 2 Learning Disability

(as a service user),

I am sad because Carrick 2 does not have a bus but Tobernaveen always have a bus. I don't find this fair.

Dear Chab99

My Name is Ray McCafferty, Service Manager for Carrick 2.

I am sorry you feel sad and it's unfair that the bus is not available more often for Carrick 2.

I have shared your story with staff and have discussed this with management colleagues in the hospital and the ward.

To improve this service we plan to have a new bus booking system so that all ward will have equal access to this vehicle.

Best Wishes

Ray
