I had appointments with both the GP and nurse, and both were very pleasant experiences.

Firstly, registering for the practise and booking the appointments was straightforward, the staff at the front desk are both friendly and accommodating.

When meeting the GP I felt my ailments were taken seriously, and we were able to have a pragmatic conversation about next steps -which have been actioned promptly to address the issues.

Meeting the nurse for blood tests also went well. I’m not a big fan of having my blood taken -it causes me to feel ill. The nurse was very kind and understanding, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.

Very impressed the level of care, would definitely recommend the practise to friends and family.
