Been with Sloans for over 24 years,it’s always been an excellent practise up until a few months ago.Waiting hours are shocking,i had an appointment yesterday got there bang on time was waiting half an hour to then be told the GP i was seeing still had someone in with him & there was still another patient in front of me so i had to leave what was a very important appointment
