About: Mid Argyll Community Hospital and Integrated Care / Maternity/Midwifery

(as a service user),

I was very well looked after by my Maternity Team in Mid Argyll. I did feel that for me it might have benefited to have known more about the likelihood of first babies going over due, and how induction was recommended in these instances by 42wks. I felt unprepared at 40wks to begin considering options, however the team did their best to get me my preferred options.

I am pleased to read that you were well looked after by the Maternity Team in Mid Argyll.

I am sorry that they have been unable to respond to you directly but please be assured that your feedback has been sent to them to review, and consider.

It is always extremely helpful to receive feedback on services that are provided to patients. This allows the teams to consider how, and if changes can be made to improve information provision to patients. Your feedback therefore is extremely valuable.

We aim to provide a high standard of care and treatment to the community we serve, and I trust that should you have need of any services in the future your experience will be just as positive.
