"Great Practice"

So I was a bit sceptical when I started ,but I followed the instructions so easy and by the end of the first month I definitely was sleeping better. The videos that came with it so informative I could relate to all that was said I have now finished and i'll be honest I will miss my meetings with my therapist , but my sleep pattern is definitely better I can still wake but it is not for long and I can get off to sleep again instead of being awake for hours on end
