First floor a lady and opposite counter another lady both need customer service / patients care training.. Very rude and incomplete info to patients and then had the guts to me that I wasted her time....

I am sorry to hear of your experience. The Heart of Hounslow building hosts several different health organisations providing health services. Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust (HRCH) is only one organisation who provide services from this building. If your concern relates to any of the GP practices on the first floor - HMC Health and Blue Wing Family Doctor Unit - then you would need to contact them directly or NHS NWL Integrated Care Board (ICB) who respond to concerns about GP practices.
