I've been a service user for many years. I've been doing a detox off of my prescription in the community and have been struggling.
I've been desperately trying to contact my worker for almost 2 weeks on the work phone and leaving messages at cgl ashton office to be completely ignored! Absolutely disgusting that during the most crucial part of the recovery journey the support is nowhere to be seen and to blatantly ignore someone asking for help. This type of conduct could result in a relapse or even death for some individuals. It really isn't good enough and I hope that the CQC will investigate this misconduct.
