We arrived to a very packed a&e after attending urgent care the previous night. We were triaged within 30mins, the staff were lovely and very friendly the triage nurse was so kind, she paged ENT and advised it may take a while.

I couldn't believe when her name was called out by the ENT doctor it didn't seem all that long from being triaged. When she checked, my daughter had a busted eardrum and was in pain. We were triaged, treated and away within 1hour and 30mins.

Thank you so much to the wonderful staff in A&E and the ENT doctor that seen us in Derry we appreciate everything you do ❤️
