"They all really care"

About: The Leckhampton Surgery

I had an appointment today with a doctor I have never met but have previously spoken to on the phone. On the phone he was caring, compassionate and really helped me. In person these characteristics were in plain evidence.

I have never had a bad experience with the doctor or the nhs - that we are asked to leave feedback now sort of bothers me.

The medical teams I have seen have all been wonderful and it’s clear to me they do the job because they care and want to help.

I couldn’t be more grateful.

Thank you for your kind words. Feedback does boost the morale of the surgery but it is now in our contract that we have to seek feedback from our patients officially.
