"Poor "

I phoned for an appointment in March to hopefully sort out an niggling pain in my elbow.

I could not get an appointment by phone until today then was told there was no face to face appointments until middle of may, the only advice I was given was to call the surgery and book an appointment with first contact, when i did call the surgery i was told unfortunately they are no appointments available locally.

I was told either the gp i spoke to earlier will call me and refer me to a physiotherapist or the receptionist will call to let me know.

I am still waiting.
