(as a relative),

My mum took unwell at home, an ambulance arrived promptly. Please pass on how great we are to Stephen & Lisa from Shotts SAS who attended to mum and delivered to hospital safely they were very professional & attentive.

On arrival at hospital mum was directed into a cubicle and Lisah (an agency nurse) Amera & Louise helped look after her and made her comfortable. 

Special thanks to Jill & Aimee doctors for their care & attention and Laura nurse in charge for her reassurance.

A lovely team of professionals who made mum's visit a postive experience you are all a credit to the profession thanks to you all.

Mum's recovering now at home.
