"Truly wonderful and very special"

About: Maternity care (wards 68, 72 &73) / Labour suite Maternity care (wards 68, 72 &73) / Maternity care (Ward 72)

(as the patient),

I was booked for induction however was unable to have my waters broken until 2 days later. I was looked after by both Emily & Shannon in ward 72 and they were amazing. I had a longer stay than expected as this was my second baby however the girls on the ward were so lovely and kept me calm and at ease.

When my waters were able to be broken I moved to Labour ward with Sophie who was also amazing and looked after me well until her shift finished. Ruth then became my midwife who was truly wonderful and very special as she had previously delivered my first little girl in 2021. I couldn't fault any of the midwives/doctors/staff that I interacted with within my 5 day stay, they are all a credit to PRM & I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

Thanks again girls you are all truly superstars x

Dear Emzaa1x,

Congratulations on the birth of your baby. Hope you are all doing well. I will share this with the staff you have mentioned, its so nice of you to take the time to give us your feedback. How lovely that Ruth has now helped you birth both of your babies. She will be delighted to receive this.

Best wishes,
