Phone lines are always busy waiting times of over hour, call in the evening offered first appointment for 6th June today is 15/4/24, have to call at 8am and cannot get through as is always busy. I have to go to work at 8am and its not urgent just need to speak with my GP regarding problems and medication

Dear Patient

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the problems you have experienced when calling the surgery. We have now implemented a new phone system which we hope will make your experience of calling the surgery better. Some queries patients' have can be answered by contacting the surgery using the 'Contact Market Harborough online' via the website at www.mh-bp.co.uk. We are recruiting more clinical staff to increase are appointments offering.
