About: Outpatients Centre / Dermatology

(as a service user),

David, Vicky and Molly did a great job at reassuring and keeping my dad calm today whilst removing a section of skin cancer.

David and Vicky chatted away greatly with him, having good banter which my dad enjoys, and were constantly checking he was okay.

Everything was explained in detailed before the procedure and after care explained afterwards.

Thank you for all you do so well!

It is great to hear you felt we were able to keep your Dad calm while having his procedure carried out.

Hopefully everything is progressing as planned and he didn't find it too uncomfortable afterwards.
