I was referred to the Occupational Therapy section of Perth Royal Infirmary for arthritis in my thumb.
Asma, Occupational Therapist attended to me for three weeks. She was excellent.
I was given 5 sets of exercises to help with movement in my thumb and given diagrams for each exercise.
Thank you for your kind, and helpful care. I do these exercises regularly as much as I can, and especially every morning as a routine.
