About: Fusehill Medical Practice

You phone a 8 am for appointment all of sudden they have gone , also the telephone reception staff never answers I phone 12;4:24 call morning was just ringing out so tried afternoon same again, so I tried on the Monday morning / late afternoon still ringing out very frustrating

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry there were no appointments left when you called. We are a very busy Practice and appointments do get booked up very quickly. Are you aware of our online service? Many of our patients who need repeat medication use our online consult facility to make these requests as an appointment is not always necessary. Please call into the surgery and a member of the team will be happy to go over this with you.
