(as a service user),

I attended the department over the course of 3 months after my hand surgery.

Right from day one I had a very positive and professional experience with a very informed and friendly staff member. I was treated in good time and was given loads of advice regarding my own therapy at home for the ongoing few months.

I’m very happy with the outcome of the surgery and the follow up therapy has left me in a very good place.
