(as a relative),

Attended the Plastic Surgery Dressings Clinic, Reception A with my mother recently.

All staff were so friendly and very efficient.  Just wanted to say thank you - especially  to the Staff Nurse (sorry I didn't  get her name) who changed my mother's dressing.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was pleased to read the care and treatment your mother received from our staff was to a high standard and she felt well cared for.

It was very comforting to hear how the staff took the time to make you and your mother feel welcomed into the department and showed a caring and compassionate nature throughout her stay.

I will be happy to pass on your thanks to the team who I'm sure will be touched to hear she had such a positive experience while under their care.
