"The staff here are really attentive and caring"

I visited Cardiology Dept at FVRH, Larbert. My appointment was 09.15 am. I arrived for 09.00 and was getting BP checked within minutes. The staff here are really attentive and caring. (Debby & Liz).

I was introduced to Julie who listened to all my issues and concerns, she then talked me through what she thought and explained the next step for me which is a heart scan. Julie was clear, concise and honest, she put my mind at ease, a true professional. I felt totally comfortable with all she told me. 

This is my first visit to Cardiology at FVRH and if first impressions are anything to go by, they should be very proud of how smoothly their department operates. 10/10.
