(as a service user),

Every effort was made to make me feel comfortable throughout the procedure (bladder growth operation) and the aftercare. I cannot stress enough the professionalism and dedication of all who participated whether it was outlining the procedure, advising me of the best options for anaesthetic, the operation itself and the follow up recovery.

An example of the NHS at its best!

I am delighted that you felt well taken care off and that you were fully supported and communicated throughout your stay.

Thank you for giving recognition to the theatre team involved in your care and the clinical and nursing teams.

There is a lot of planning work that goes into elective surgery and I am pleased that your admission through to discharge went smoothly.
