I received excellent service/care for treatment of very low iron levels and low haemoglobin.
Within an hour of my 1st visit I had my 1st iron infusion up and running and was home in less than 2 hours. I then returned the following week for my 2nd infusion which was already arranged (iron infusion ordered and prescribed) and I was taken straight away and out of the department within 45 minutes.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. As an NHS worker myself I work shifts, due to the speed and ease of both visits I didn't have to take any time off work as my visits were easily arranged around my work schedule.
What an excellent experience that I'm sure can be transferred to other treatments, saving patients either hospital admission or long waits for clinics.
