Receptionist on Friday 12 April in the afternoon. One of the most rude, ill Informed people I have ever spoken to!

Holding Lasting power of attorney on my terminally ill husband on palliative care. I spoke directly to the Gp in the morning, adjusting medication and requesting an appointment with the diabetes team. She rang, refused to speak to me, saying she must speak to my husband… all she wanted to do was book an appointment! She stated lasting power of attorney gives me no rights… that’s exactly what it does. The right to make divisions on behalf of him
