I had a minor accident at work and was worried about coming to A&E as I felt it would be seen as a bit trivial and I did not want to waste the doctor's time. I also did not want to wait hours to be seen for something so small as a sprain. But I was so glad I did go. I was seen within 25 minutes and was reassured by the kind doctor that I did the right thing. I had a detailed examination and felt as if the doctor wanted to make sure I was reassured and part of the decision process. I have not written a review before for an A&E service, as often it's just been quite standard and nothing to rave about. But on this occasion I want to say thank you to the doctor and staff.
