I have waited for over 2 weeks for an appointment . I got a phone call appointment on Saturday the 13th . Had several reminders but never got that call . I’m very dissapointed and angry as I waited for someone to call but they never did . Now I’ll have to go though the porosses all over again and have to wait yet another 2 weeks . Not happy at alll
