"The care provided was first class"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I was admitted to the Day Surgery Unit for breast cancer treatment under local anaesthetic.

The care provided by the doctor and nursing staff was first class. They were all supportive, kind, professional and took time to ensure that I was comfortable and knew what was happening during the course of my appointment.

I cannot fault any of the treatment I received and as an elderly lady feel that I was treated with both dignity and respect.

The staff work hard and are kept very busy but this did not affect the kindness or compassion that I was shown.
