I would just like to express my thanks to the ladies at the gyn clinic at Ayr Hospital. First off all I was delighted to be  given the opportunity to take up a last minute cancellation appointment before lunchtime.

The lady who called from appointments explained as much as possible what to expect & I was given the full leaflet on arrival too. I didn't have too long to wait before I was seen.

The doctor listened to my story, asked questions, took notes & told me exactly what was going to happen along with possible outcomes. All staff were friendly, patient & professional.

After my procedure the doctor explained all potential next steps & time frames involved. A really great comprehensive service that left me feeling like they were thinking about what was best for me as an individual. Thank you so much!
