About: Parkway Surgery

Sat on the phone for 46 minutes only to be told there's no appointments for 10 days. When I had spoke to a Dr earlier who said need to be seen in 7 days for a examination

No one needs to sit on the phone! Select the call back option.

If a doctor asked you to be seen in 7 days, then they should sort this out for you if there is an issue. Hopefully you asked for a message to be put through to that doctor. If you didn't please send an econsult at 8am on Monday morning with a message for that doctor.
