About: General Surgery / Ward 31

(as a service user),

I was admitted to ward 31 recently under the care of Mr Gidwani and his exceptional team. 

The care I received from Mr Gidwani and his team was amazing. They treated me with the utmost respect and gave regular updates on my care & treatment. 

Ward 31 staff were fantastic. They looked after me so well and I really appreciated it. All staff from the kitchen, domestics, porters, health care assistants and nurses couldn’t do enough for me. 

Thank you to all involved in my care, you made such a difference when I was unwell!

My name is Joanne Daly Support Services Manager responsible for Portering, Domestic and Catering. Thank you for this lovely acknowledgment for the hard work the teams carry out they all work so hard work hard and play such vital part of our patients journey that sometimes goes unnoticed. I will share this lovely feedback with all the teams and share how their interactions with patients have such a positive impact on patients experience.
