"Very happy with the advice being given"

About: Community Occupational Therapy / Leven & North East Fife

(as a carer),

I asked OT in Leven Fife for help.

They visited my mum arranged modifications, supplied equipment and advised us on things we could change to assist our mum living safely in her home. The joiners who fitted the equipment and Diane the OT assistant were excellent. I was very happy with the advice being given and relieved my mum would be safer in her own home.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences with us, the feedback that we receive from people like yourself, really helps to inform the way that we shape and develop our service by letting us know where we are getting it right and where we need to improve. The Community Occupational Therapy service always aims to maximise the safety and independence of people within their own homes and so I am very pleased to know that we, and in particular Diane, have managed to succeed in assisting your Mum to live more safely. I will make sure to pass on your your kind words of appreciation to Diane, who I am sure will be delighted to know that she has been able to make such a positive difference. Words of praise and appreciation always come as such a welcome morale boost for our incredibly hard working staff. So, thank you again for taking the time to share your story with us.
