About: Southern Health & Social Care Trust / Urgent Care Centre

(as a service user),

Have been struggling with accessing own GP Service and really needed to see a doctor for infection. Was able to see a GP through the Urgent Care Centre. Had an appointment within the hour. Nurse was lovely, the GP was very attentive and listened to me. Did bloods and called me later in the day to give me details of results and course of action. Brilliant service.

We are delighted that your experience has been a positive one and that your received the prompt, urgent care you needed.

The nurse will be delighted to be described as lovely. It is great to hear that the GP was very attentive, listened to you and followed up promptly with your results and course of action. We are so privileged to have a job where we can care for people and make a difference.
