About: Outpatients / Fracture Clinic

(as a parent/guardian),

I've been attending the fracture clinic with my 6-year-old daughter, who unfortunately has ended up with a tibial fracture falling off the monkey bars at the play park.

The care they have given her has been exceptional, they really have went over & above to accommodate her. She was obviously in pain and upset at her 1st appt and they treated her with so much compassion & gave her the reassurance she needed.

Arlene, in particular, even managed to keep her 2-year-old brother entertained & supplied him with some chocolates to keep him happy!

Thanks so much to a fantastic team 😊

Thank you for taking the time to leave your very kind feedback and thanks. I am sorry to hear your daughter has had to attend the clinic following her injury but happy to hear that the staff were able to make her visit as pleasant as possible. We do put our patients at the centre of what we do and it is reassuring that our patients and families experience this.

I will happily pass on you comments the the staff involved and hope your son has a speedy recovery.
