The health professionals I dealt with were fantastic. The nurse taking my history and the doctor and nurse fitting my actual coil. Very professional, put me at ease.

The booking system of having to phone early on the same day is a bit frustrating. I understand this is helpful for acute STI issues but for a routine coil it is not ideal.
