"Everything I could've asked for"

About: Raigmore Hospital / Maternity care

(as a service user),

I had an emergency c section 6 weeks ago at Raigmore Hospital. Ellie looked after me whilst in theatre and she was everything I could’ve asked for.

Once I had my baby, Diane (Di) looked after us both all night, she did not leave my side for the duration of her shift and I will always remember how well looked after both and me and my baby were on our first night.

The following day, Kelly gave me such amazing breastfeeding support. She listened to my worries and kept checking on me and my baby throughout the day. She gave me lots of tips for breastfeeding and the confidence I needed on the day I got discharged.
