"Midwife appointment experience"

About: The Princess Royal Maternity Unit / Maternity Outpatients

(as a service user),

I had an appointment with a midwife called Erin in the princess royal a couple of weeks ago.

I cannot emphasise how great she made me feel during & after this appointment. With this being an IVF pregnancy this is a scary and uneasy time for me and my family.  
Erin explained each process thoroughly going above and beyond to making sure to point me in the direction of other services allowing me to gain the right support and care throughout my pregnancy. 
 I have met many healthcare professionals along my journey but none like her!!
Positive, enthusiastic and made to care for women. 
Thanks to all so far it’s been a great experience.

It was great to hear that you felt cared for during your appointment. The appointments can be exciting and scary at times and it was wonderful that Erin mad you feel so at ease and supported.
