About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Recently had scheduled surgery. Staff were brilliant, genuinely listened to me, and took on board my questions and anxieties. This was from nursing staff to anesthesia staff and the surgeon.

I had to stay overnight and the staff couldn't have been better. I was treated to a gourmet breakfast. 

The ward was nice and quiet, which helped with my recovery.

Everything was explained to me and staff waited to ensure I understood what was being said.

Ward was immaculately clean.

Considering I was in for surgery, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you very much.
