"Very Frustrating & Stressful "

As a person who has a full time job I fine the whole appointment booking experience very frustrating.

There is no easy way to get through and make an appointment.

After 2 days of trying I finally got to speak with someone and asked for a specific appointment with a Diabetic Nurse to discuss my treatment and some ongoing issues.

On arriving at the appointment I discovered I had been booked to see a HCA which was a waste of my time and hers.

I did manage to arrange the appointment I required but must wait 10 days to see someone.
