"The staff were ever so welcoming and friendly"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

I was given an appointment for a Colposcopy due to abnormal cells found in my Cervical Smear Test and I was very anxious about it. When I arrived the staff were ever so welcoming and friendly and put me at ease. The nurses were really caring and took care of me the whole time. If I had to go back I wouldn’t be so scared next time thanks to Mr Mohanty and nurses Michelle, Claire and Bryony.
