I took my mum up and had to wait for hours. There was a 14 hour wait so we didn't go up in ambulance last night, decided to wait till this morning. She has dementia and got very restless..
Plus, there was no coffee machine that worked or decent food to eat.
The staff are very friendly but understaffed and I feel we need more doctors, especially when you have old people sat on the hard chairs for more than 2 hours.
