"Always encouraging"

About: Community Therapy Services / Totton and Waterside

(as a service user),

In June last year I fell in the kitchen and fractured my left femur. I have also both knee joints replaced my physio, Lauren referred me to the balance group where immediately felt welcome. Holly and Torran were always encouraging but we were never pushed beyond where we felt comfortable. Torran would give me individual attention when I found the standing exercise difficult. The operated leg is now certainly stringer and my balance has improved.

When I saw my consultant about two weeks ago he was pleased with my progress and does not see me again. I told him how helpful the physio and balance sessions had been.
