I was extremely impressed with the team at the RCDS unit at the Victoria Hospital following a referral to have a CT scan and blood tests.  Rapid by name and rapid it was.

As soon as I got the referral we were off and the RCDS team made contact with me. They explained in detail what would be happening, made all the hospital appointments I needed and kept me informed at all times.  Nothing seemed too much trouble despite all my questions. They were also very personable and made me feel at ease. 

I also took time to find out more about the service I was so impressed. The speed of this is to be admired.  My experience was very positive, helped greatly by professional, friendly and caring staff.  One of my friends will now be going through the RCDS service and I have told her not worry as the care and attention I received was first class.
