One of the receptionists I initially spoke to on the 12/04/24 at 10:34 was so dismissive when I tried to explain some symptoms and concerns and refused my request to see someone in person. I ended up being cut off by her. I’m so angry!
Thankfully when I rang up straight after another lady answered who was the opposite, she was extremely helpful and understood my concerns giving me an appointment.
The first receptionist should be spoken to, because her attitude could put anxious patients like myself off seeing any health professional in future after being refused to see one.
