I had my annual ENT appointment at Woodend, Aberdeen. I found a member of the admin staff very unhelpful to an elderly couple - unnecessarily
However I have to say the young ENT nurse was very helpful as well as professional with my procedure; many thanks!

I am delighted to hear that you had such a positive experience with the nursing staff In the ENT department. I can only apologise that your encounter with the admin team was less than should be expected and I have fed this back to the team.
