"Poor service"

About: Dr Aa Ansari's Practice

I called the practice at 8:00am and tried to book a telephone appointment today as I have some issues with my HRT . However was told by the receptionist that all the telephone appointments had gone, but they only opened at 8:00am! I was told the next appointment was the 30th April! I queried why there were no appointments, as previously have mostly always got at least telephone appointment for the same day. All I got from the receptionist was "sorry about that madam" I have been with this surgery for years and I am extremely disappointed with lack of support and service I received today and having to wait till the 30th April is not acceptable.
