I had the pleasure of welcoming Audrey, a health visitor, into my home today. She not only gave me great advice on my daughter whom she came to see. But she helped me with queries I had regarding my other children. She encouraged me and made me feel like I was doing a great job! She had such a gentle and positive attitude and I felt very supported and encouraged to be a good mum. That really mattered greatly to me. Audrey has great listening skills and also the best advice! She is an absolute credit to the health service!
