Visited A&E in March with my little boy - turns out his football injury was a broken wrist. A&E were amazing, we were in and out in 1.5 hours - including initial assessment, x-ray and cast on.
Went back in April to have the cast off and another very positive experience - the staff were all wonderful and went beyond what was expected. This time again so efficient, in and out in about 30 minutes.
In a world where people only seem to complain I just wanted to say you were all amazing, thank you.
